8. Approve mediated settlement agreement with Khodabhai P. Patel and Kashiben K. Patel for parcel 110 in the case of Polk County v. Khodabhai P. Patel, et al (2020CA-2230), an eminent domain lawsuit filed to acquire needed rights-of-way for the West Pipkin Project. ($141,577 one-time expense)
9. Adopt a Resolution setting speed limits on Blue Tide Lane, Brookshire Drive, Diamond Creek Lane, Pearly Ridge Lane and Rivershore Avenue, within the Breakwater Cove Subdivision, near Lakeland. ($404.70 one-time expense)
10. Approve an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Winter Haven to provide Tourist Development Tax funding for engineering, design & permitting of Chain of Lakes Park Phase II Improvements. ($200,000 not-to-exceed one-time expense)
11. Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Consulting Services Agreement with Patel, Greene & Associates for the West Pipkin Road Widening Project. ($220,086 estimated one-time expense)
12. Approve a Consultant Services Authorization with AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. to provide engineering services for the Bailey Road Sidewalk Project. ($196,272.27 one-time expense)
13. Accept Special Warranty Deeds from Orlando Health, Inc. and Sanlan RV & Golf Resort, Inc., in conjunction with the Fort Fraser Trail Extension. (No fiscal impact)
14. Appoint Pablo Sologaistoa to the Polk County Lakes Access Advisory Committee for the three year term, November 17, 2020 through November 16, 2023.

Public Hearing (LDCPAS 2020-7 First Baptist Church of Inwood CPA) (Adoption Public Hearing) to consider adoption of a Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment and associated ordinance to change the Future Land Use designation from Residential Low (RL) to Neighborhood Activity Center (NAC) in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA).

Public Hearing (LDCPAS 2020-8 Deeson Road CPA) (Adoption Public Hearing) to consider adoption of a Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the Future Land Use designation on 2.93 +/- acres from Residential Suburban (RS) to Commercial Enclave (CE) in the Suburban Development Area (SDA).
